What about vaping?

I may be biased, but this is my story;

I learned that nicotine is not cancer-causing. It is an addictive, it is a stimulant, but it’s about as harmless as caffeine unless you really overdo it .
I learned that most of these stories are falls, but yes , e-cigs have exploded in the past if someone carried them in their pocket along with loose change, which provoked an electrical reaction with battery. The reality is that a vape battery is about as dangerous as a phone battery. Also, vape liquid does NOT contain 10x more cancer-causing ingredients. Also, vaping liquid does NOT contain formaldehyde or antifreeze (I mean, come on).
I learned that the UK government is very forward-thinking and realistic, having finally realized what vapers already know: vaping is the best harm-reducing solution. (see PHE publishes independent expert e-cigarettes evidence review)
In the end, if you can live comfortably without vaping, that is still the best way. Fresh air and nothing else . But vaping, is a good solution.
